Salary and Benefits Salary : $225,000 $250,000 (based on experience) Opportunity to earn additional bonuses through an RVU-based productivity model Sign-On Bonus : Up to $30,000 Relocation Assistance : Up to $10,000 Health, Dental and Vision Insurance Offered Student Loan Repayment of up to $50,000 Paid Time Off 4 weeks accrued quarterly in year one, increasing in year two. 11 Paid Holidays Retirement Package : 403B 8% Employer contribution after year one Long Term Disability Malpractice Liability Covered Continuing Education / CME Full Support Staff Responsibilities Monday Friday (8 : 00am 5 : 00pm) On-call responsibility by phone : One weekday per week & one weekend per month (Light call). 100% outpatient providing primary care to patients of all ages 32 hours of patient care weekly, averaging 3 patients per hour with occasional nursing home rounds. Outpatient primary care for patients across the lifespan Responsible for teaching and supervising residents as part of the fellowship program. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure quality outcomes Requirements Board Certified / Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine Experience in a primary care or outpatient setting preferred New Grads Welcome!
