Oracle Lead Project Manager REMOTE

We're looking for an experienced Oracle ERP & ADP Workforce Now (WFN) Lead Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP and ADP WFN . In this role, you'll drive transformation across Finance and HR, partner with senior leaders, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with lasting business impact.
What You'll Do
- Lead Oracle Cloud ERP & ADP WFN implementation projects from start to finish
- Guide Accounting, FP&A, and HR teams through key design and process decisions
- Build and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Communicate progress to executives, including the CFO and Chief People Officer
- Partner with Finance, HR, Operations, and vendors to solve challenges and deliver results
