Electrical Project Manager

We are a well-established electrical contractor based in Santa Clara, CA, with over 30 years of experience delivering high-quality installations across commercial, industrial, and residential sectors. We are seeking a Project Manager to lead commercial electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout who has Estimating experience as well.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial electrical projects, including ground-up and tenant improvement work.
• Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
• Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Handle RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout documentation.
• Ensure compliance with NEC codes and safety standards.
• Collaborate with estimating and design teams during preconstruction.
• Use project management tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Accubid.
