The System Offices is one of several system members within the Texas A&M University System representing one of the largest systems of higher education in the nation, with a network of 12 universities, a comprehensive health science center, nine state agencies, and the RELLIS Campus. Salary : $4,617.67 - $7,916.66 per month commensurate with experience.
Job Description Summary : The Business Administrator III, working under general supervision, manages a comprehensive range of business activities for multiple units, including but not limited to, the review and approval of documents related to invoicing, purchasing, as well as managing various financial transactions.
Responsibilities :
Education and Experience : Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Seven years of related experience in general office, accounting and personnel operations.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational and interpersonal skills, proofreading and time management skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Experience using word processing, spreadsheet and database software.
Knowledge and experience at a university.
Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
Preferred Qualifications : Working knowledge of Maestro, FAMIS, AggieBuy and Emburse.
