Job descriptionAnalyze and interpret insurance policies to determine coverage obligations and exclusions. Manage all aspects of insurance coverage litigation, including drafting pleadings, discovery, Negotiate and draft settlement agreements to effectively resolve coverage disputes. Develop and execute strategies for mediations, arbitrations, and trials. Collaborate with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders to provide clear and practical legal Stay updated on developments in insurance law and contribute to firmwide knowledge sharing. J.D. from an accredited law school and membership in good standing with the State Bar of 3+ years experience handling insurance coverage matters, with a strong focus on litigation. Exceptional analytical and writing skills, with a keen eye for detail. Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload and prioritize competing deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with clients and team members. Experience in both insurer and policyholder representation is a plus. The anticipated annual base salary for this position is 160-220k per year, depending upon
