Job descriptionFluent in English 2y+ Experience with Google Ads for Ecommerce Understanding of marketing strategies, analytics and business principles Passion for online marketing and digital growth strategies Excellent verbal & written communication Be efficient, organized and data driven A positive, problem solving attitude Have experience with Google Merchant Center and Shopping Feed Optimization Have experience with Shopify Have experience with Microsoft Ads Speak German Always seek optimization opportunities Looking for a “typical” 9–5 role Have only worked with $1000 / month budgets Need constant instruction or can’t self-prioritize Uncomfortable with high-expectation environments Do not thrive when trusted with full account responsibility Avoid direct feedback or communication Ability to work from any location with flexible working hours Part of a world-class team of high-performing A-players from 7 countries Potential for progression into leadership roles Minimum 20 days PTO & private healthcare Above average pay, bonuses and other benefits Individual education offers and trainings A challenging and impactful role within an innovative and growing company The opportunity to shape the digital strategy on an international level Team meetings that are actually enjoyable Associate Full-time Marketing Advertising Services

$20,000.00 / yr - $40,000.00 / yr
Responsibilities
- Creating, implementing and optimizing advertising strategies on Google Ads
- Analyzing and reporting, directly communicating with clients
- Writing high-converting, persuasive ad copy
- Coming up with new and innovative campaign plans and strategies
