Position : Resource Development Specialist

In this role, you'll provide administrative, clerical, and project management support to BI's Resource Development team. Key responsibilities include donor database management, gift processing, donor acknowledgment, grant coordination, and event-related administrative and logistical support.
As a critical member of the development team, the ideal candidate understands that success is in the details and is eager to learn and grow within a dynamic, mission-driven nonprofit environment.
Salary : $24-$29 / hr. DOE
Status : M-F Full-Time; Non-Exempt. Occasional weekends and evenings.
