Google is looking for a Program Manager for Data Center Acquisitions and Development. This role is based in Sunnyvale, CA, USA; Kirkland, WA, USA; San Francisco, CA, USA; Thornton, CO, USA. Minimum qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Real Estate, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program management.
• Experience with land acquisition, site selection for real estate projects, or evaluation and development.
• Ability to travel within the United States of America as needed.

The Global Acquisition and Development Team is a critical component of Google's Cloud Infrastructure organization. We are responsible for the acquisition and pre-development of real estate to support the expansion of Google's global data center footprint. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in securing and pre-positioning real estate for Google's data centers across America. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of land acquisition and pre-development projects, from initial site identification and analysis to discussion and closing. You will work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, legal, finance, and community engagement, to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
