VocoVision, a leading provider of teletherapy services, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Virtual School Psychologist to join our team.
As a contractor in this role, you will have the opportunity to work remotely, providing crucial support and guidance to students in Florida.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify and evaluate students' strengths and areas for growth in academic, social, emotional, and behavioral domains.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and interventions to support student success.
- Provide counseling and therapeutic services to students, addressing a range of mental health concerns and promoting positive coping strategies.
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed, ensuring ongoing support and progress towards goals.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, interventions, and progress reports in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Requirements :
- Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field.
- Valid FloridaDepartment of Education (FDOE) certification as a School Psychologist
- Previous experience working in a school setting or providing teletherapy services preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using technology for virtual assessments and teletherapy sessions.
- Must pass a VocoVision technical screening (showing knowledge of Zoom)
