Join a team that cares about our customers and you! Monte Moore Farmers Agency in Clarksville, Tennessee, is looking for an experienced and committed individual to join our team as a Full-Time Account Manager.
In this role, you will manage accounts to maintain strong business relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. In this position, you will play a vital role in managing and growing our customer base.

Your base salary will start at $30,000 - $40,000 and your first year commissions will range from $25,000 - $40,000, with the potential to earn additional bonuses.

Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists.
- Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
Requirements
- A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
- A Life & Health Insurance license is a bonus, but we will pay for license.
- Prior sales experience is required.
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Commitment to excellence, willingness to work hard, and willingness to go the extra mile.
