Job descriptionGreets patients, family members, and visitors, and responds to telephone inquiries in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner at all times and maintains the lobby area. Provides clerical support to management team as needed Responsible for incoming and outgoing mail. Handles multiple priorities within appropriate task deadlines Maintains confidentiality of all facility-related information Individual must be able to stay calm and professional in stressful situations Excellent customer service and organizational skills required Scaning and Data Entry High School Diploma or GED Bachelor's degree preferred; but not required. Previous experience working as a receptionist, preferably 1-2 years in the healthcare industry Extremely organized, detail oriented and a self-starter; ability to work within your experience to complete tasks Basic computer skills necessary Must be at least years of age or older (no exceptions), able to pass a background check and drug screen

- Full-Time : Monday - Friday from 9 : am - 5 : pm; some weekends as needed
