Speech Therapist - School / Clinic Based - Flexible hours

Job Summary :

Building Connections Behavioral Health (BCBH) is looking for motivated, energetic individuals who have a passion for helping others and working within a team. At BCBH, our foundation is built from the bottom up. Every team member is an integral part of the treatment team focused on one goal, to provide the best possible service to our clients and their families. We work with children who may be on the Autism spectrum, who may have behavioral difficulties or neurological differences, and we help them gain skills to be their most independent and fulfilled selves. This is done through providing 1 : 1 support, providing parent education, and being a safe support system for our clients.

We are looking to fill one Full-time School Speech Therapist role that will help support our Clinic in Walnut Creek and our Non-Public Schools in both Concord and Martinez. This is an in-person role and the business typically takes place between the operating hours of 9 : 00 am and 3 : 00 pm.

Qualifications :

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
• State license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
