Position Overview

We are looking for a curious, creative and proactive strategy and operations analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and proving value with our clients and helping Checkstep experiment with and measure new approaches to applying trust and safety solutions with Checkstep. You will act as a leader for assessing and improving Checkstep's product solutions for key customers and support customers deploying Checkstep's suite of features to their fullest potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Understanding customer businesses and stakeholders and acting as a trusted advisor for product application and set-up.
• Tracking and assessing weak points in end-to-end moderation systems.
• Digging into customer policy and data to benchmark AI and model performance.
• Supporting integration plans and roadmaps, addressing both technical and non-technical needs.
• Onboarding, training and educating customers on Checkstep features and compliance tools.
• Advising customers on AI models and approaches and benchmarking AI performance, including the analysis of fairness metrics, identifying potential biases and recommending improvements.
• Presenting tailored solutions to clients and driving adoption of Checkstep's offering.
• Facilitating cross-departmental collaboration and act as a bridge between product, partnerships and customers.
