Position Summary We are looking for compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our dedicated team. As a CNA at Menorah Life, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care to seniors, ensuring their health, safety, and well-being, while supporting our mission of excellence in senior healthcare. Responsibilities Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards. Monitor patient health status and promptly report any changes to the healthcare team. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation for each patient. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and uphold patient confidentiality. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities. Qualifications Valid Florida CNA license. Current (in person) CPR Compassionate and patient-centered approach to senior care. Strong knowledge of patient care principles and practices. Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and team members. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
