Mainframe Security Analyst (Westlake, TX or Merrimack, NH. - Hybrid)

Mainframe Security Analyst Hybrid role – Requires onsite presence every business day every other week at Clients offices in Westlake, TX or Merrimack, NH.

• Contract Job Description Seeking a Mainframe Security Analyst to join the Enterprise Infrastructure Group.
• This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining mainframe security procedures and processes using CA Top Secret and related tools.
• You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Client mainframe environment while supporting security for new products and applications.
• Responsibilities
• Develop, implement, and maintain mainframe security procedures using CA Top Secret
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and system programmers to enhance security controls
• Implement and maintain tooling using JCL, Python, REXX
• Troubleshoot access / security issues and provide resolutions
• Perform reporting, data analysis, and audit support for ITSM functions
• Contribute to continuous improvement of security processes and standards
• Participate in on-call rotational 24x7 support Required Skills
• Strong experience with CA Top Secret security management on z / OS
• Proficiency with JCL, Python, REXX scripting / coding
• Experience with mainframe security procedures and compliance processes
• Familiarity with CA Compliance Manager, CA Cleanup, and related tools
• Cross-platform technical knowledge (MVS, Linux, Unix)
• Knowledge of ITSM processes and troubleshooting in enterprise environments
• Strong communication and customer service skills Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Information Security principles
