Job Description :

Seeking a Business Analyst with deep experience in healthcare systems to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into functional specifications for healthcare IT applications.

Max Exp. 8+ Years

Required Technical Skills :

• Proven experience as a BA in healthcare (payer / provider) environments
• Strong understanding of claims processing, EDI, eligibility, and enrollment
• Proficiency in writing user stories, use cases, and business process models
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to perform gap analysis and root cause analysis
