About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President, Human Resources for Sales and Business Development. This executive will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's people strategy, particularly at the intersection of sales, business development, and asset management. The successful candidate will be a trusted strategic advisor to senior leadership, championing organizational design and HR practices that promote innovation and sustainable growth. Key responsibilities include leading strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition, and fostering a culture of agility, collaboration, and high performance across diverse international teams. The role demands a hands-on approach to HR leadership, especially for customer-facing, globally dispersed teams operating in complex, fast-paced markets.
Candidates for this role at The Company should have a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for a degree in HR or a related field, and a minimum of 10 years' progressive HR leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior or executive-level position. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of partnering with and influencing senior global sales or commercial leadership teams, a strong background in organizational design and change management, and in-depth knowledge of HR disciplines, processes, policies, and employment law. Exceptional interpersonal skills, business acumen, and a collaborative, results-driven, and customer-focused mindset are essential. The role requires a leader with excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills, who can lead with integrity and influence.
