Overview :
United Trades of America is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team in Mandeville, LA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction-related office roles and possess the skills necessary to manage project documentation, financial tasks, and general administrative responsibilities efficiently.
Responsibilities :
- Manage project documentation, including tracking change orders, RFIs, and submittals.
- Maintain accurate cost codes and ensure proper tracking of project expenses.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Prepare and review project budgets, schedules, and reports.
- Coordinate communication between project teams, clients, and subcontractors.
- Assist with procurement of office supplies, materials, and equipment.
- Operate basic office equipment and ensure smooth office operations.
- Support project managers and other team members with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements :
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a construction-related office role.Proficiency with cost coding, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.Familiarity with construction terminology and processes is highly preferred.Local candidates only (no travelers or relocation assistance).Compensation :
Pay is based on experience, ranging from $18 to $27 per hour .
