Job Description

As a Business Analyst , you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, translate them into detailed functional requirements, and ensure successful implementation of technology and process improvements. Your expertise in Business Analysis and the Agile Way of Working will be essential in bridging the gap between business objectives and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform detailed business analysis to understand current processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

Elicit, document, and manage requirements from stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment with business goals.

Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and QA teams within an agile environment.

Develop use cases, process flows, and requirement documentation to support solution design and development.

Facilitate workshops, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement.

Support the validation of implemented solutions against requirements to ensure successful delivery.
