The Impact You'll Make in This Role

The USAC Logistics Modal Manager is responsible for developing and executing USAC domestic operational standards, and strategies for truckload, intermodal, LTL, and parcel modes. This role ensures the optimal balance of cost, service, and quality while driving performance improvement initiatives and building strong partnerships with domestic truckload, LTL, and parcel providers. The individual will be responsible for mode-level cost performance, service strategy, and carrier connectivity directly enabling Transportation Excellence capability across the enterprise. Work Location

This role has an on-site working model, with the employee working at least four days a week in the office at 3M Center, located in Maplewood, MN. Travel : May include up to 20% domestic. The expected compensation range for this position is $188,251 - $230,084, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and / or experience.
