Job Summary and Responsibilities

Our physicians provide services at or above customary practice standards in the community, within the qualifications and experience of the provider, while adhering to medical ethics and recognized associations.

Job Requirements

• Must have successfully completed a residency or fellowship commensurate with specialty.
• Maintain an unrestricted DEA registration.
• Board certified or eligible in the appropriate specialty, by a board acceptable to Hospital.
• Obtain Medical Staff Privileges within the Health system at the sponsoring institution.
• Doctorate MD or DO required.
• Current and unrestricted medical license in applicable state.

Physical Requirements

Medium work; ability to exert up to 50 pounds occasionally, up to 20 pounds frequently, up to 10 pounds constantly.

Pay Range

$134.48 - $253.28 per hour.
