Experience : Minimum 2 years Med / Surg experience, Wound & Colostomy experience required

Education : Associate’s degree in Nursing (ASN, ADN) from an accredited program

Licensure / Certifications : Active New York State RN License

AHA BLS

One of the following Wound Care Certifications : CWOCN, CWON, CWCN, CWS, or WCC

Other : Supplier must hold a NY State DOH Temporary Health Care Services registration
