This role leads pre-season Planning and Buying for our owned digital channelsincluding e-commerce, App, and Confirmedensuring the right products reach the right consumers at the right time.
Key responsibilities :
- Implement seasonal Open-to-Buy strategies aligned with financial targets and global direction
- Manage product volumes and inventory levels to support timely launches and optimal stock positions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the consumer experience and drive demand
- Use data and insights to inform buying decisions and refine seasonal plans
- Lead and support a small team, fostering growth and alignment with business goals
