Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager, located in New River, AZ. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google platforms, and overseeing the performance and optimization of these campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, analyzing consumer behavior, creating and managing budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. The Marketing Manager will also track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Experience with Meta, LinkedIn, and Google campaign management and execution
Strong skills in developing and implementing marketing strategies
Proficiency in market research and consumer behavior analysis
Ability to create and manage budgets effectively
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Experience in digital marketing and analytics is a plus
