Overview
We are seeking a Graphic Designer with exceptional layout design skills to join our marketing team. This role is responsible for creating visually compelling materials that reflect our brand, support business development, and serve the needs of departments company-wide. The ideal candidate balances creativity with consistency and works across print and digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce marketing and communications materials—including proposal layout, brochures, presentations, project signage, and digital assets.
- Develop, apply and uphold brand guidelines across all internal and external communications.
- Collaborate with marketing, HR, project teams, and leadership to meet diverse design needs.
- Create and refine layouts for proposals, publications, and client-facing collateral.
- Develop graphics for digital platforms, including social media, email campaigns, and the company website.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery.
- Provide creative input on visual strategy, while maintaining a strong sense of brand identity.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).Expertise in layout design with a strong portfolio showcasing both print and digital work.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop required; After Effects or Premiere Pro a plus).2-4 years of professional design experience; AEC or professional services industry experience preferred but not required.Strong understanding of typography, color, and visual hierarchy.Ability to balance creativity with adherence to brand standards.Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines.Employee Benefits Include
