Location : Coppell, Tx

Job Type : 6–9-month Contract-to-hire

Work Model : Hybrid, 4 days on-site, 1 day remote

Compensation : $50 / hr-$60 / hr

Work Schedule : Monday-Friday, 9 : 00am-5 : 00pm CST

Our Product Owner will need to have experience working in the full Agile lifecycle from blueprinting, product strategy / road-mapping, requirements gathering, implementation, quality assurance, on-going support, and enhancements. To do so, they will work with other divisions such as their Principal Engineer in IT, Data & Analytics, and business stakeholders to define / set business KPIs and execute deliverables. The products they will be owning will include POS Systems (Oracle Symphony, OneDine, Omnivore) and internally integrated F&A software for revenue generation at the corporate level.

Over 5 years of technology product ownership with enterprise systems will be needed as well as driving product roadmaps, delivering revenue-generating action items, and working with project management tools such as Monday.com , Jira, or Confluence. Industry knowledge in the restaurant (QSR or Fast Casual), hospitality, or retail space will be needed.
