We are seeking a Senior Manager, Data Analytics and Reporting to support various cost management initiatives and projects for our Holmdel, New Jersey Office !

As the Senior Manager, Data Analytics and Reporting you will exercise your analytical and technical prowess to identify, understand, reconcile, and manage data across various products, systems, and customer accounts. The ideal candidate has a natural and technical acumen to be a detective with a passion for identifying the story the data is trying to showcase.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Within this role you will :

• Assist in various cost management initiatives / projects
• Assist in complex financial audits
• Monitor, analyze, manage, support, and report on cost related data
• Manage and analyze structured and unstructured data
• Utilize SQL to create custom datasets across multiple data sources
• Work with large datasets or a data lake to pull data for advanced analysis across multiple datasets and inputs
• Update / maintain Phoenix reports – tracking, fallouts & resolutions
• Update / maintain disputes / claims reports – submissions, status, closing & credits
• Maintain / update daily collections reports including legal placements & reconciliation
• Create / update retail reserve report with summary and details
• Assist in the development and maintenance of cost accounting workflow and procedures
• Serve as administrator for Phoenix users and support IT with system audits
• Provide ad hoc financial and operating analysis to support business strategy
• Spend commitments and performance tracking
• Analyze billing status reconciliation projects such as identifying active billing with no cost and active cost with no billing assigned
