Job Summary
This position is responsible for managing, developing and maintaining harmonious working relationships with assigned providers;
assigning responsibilities to team members; and training, counseling, and other supervisory responsibilities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Bachelor's and 5 years related experience OR 9 years of related experience
- At least 1 year in a management / leadership capacity
- Verbal and written communication skills to interact with all levels of corporate personnel and assigned providers.
- Demonstrated analytical abilities and proficient planning skills; negotiation skills; and ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
- Team player / people oriented.
- Ability and willingness to travel
PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Strong Medicaid managed care experience
- Knowledge of provider data management systems ie. Salesforce, Tableau
- This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days remote weekly.
