A company is looking for a Bilingual Family Nurse Practitioner (CA Licensed, Spanish Speaking).
Key Responsibilities
Provide virtual preventive care for underserved patients using internal care delivery technology
Develop and refine clinical programs to support holistic patient care and address care gaps
Collaborate with a diverse team and provide feedback to improve care delivery platforms
Required Qualifications
2+ years of clinical experience serving patients with complex social and healthcare needs
1+ year of primary care experience
Bilingual in Spanish and English
NP license in California
Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine
