We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Maintenance Coordinator to join our team and support daily maintenance operations across our properties.
Position Overview :
The Maintenance Coordinator will serve as the central point of contact for all maintenance-related requests. This role is responsible for scheduling, tracking, and coordinating work orders, vendor services, and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure timely completion and resident satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
Receive, prioritize, and assign maintenance work orders to appropriate staff or vendors.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance requests, status updates, and completion timelines.
Coordinate with residents, vendors, and property staff to ensure clear communication regarding repairs and services.
Assist with vendor management, including scheduling, follow-up, and invoice processing.
Track inventory and order supplies necessary for routine maintenance operations.
Monitor preventive maintenance schedules and ensure tasks are completed on time.
Generate reports on work order status, response times, and vendor performance.
Support the Maintenance Supervisor / Manager with administrative and operational needs.
Qualifications :
Previous experience in maintenance coordination, property management, or a related field preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
Effective communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and One Site.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
