Job description
Who we are: Sylvain Counseling Services (SCS) is an established group practice that is seeking independently licensed clinicians to provide counseling services for a diverse client population on a contract basis. Qualified candidate must have: Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers (LICSW) Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHCs) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs) Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor 1 (LADC 1) Valid state license and ability to practice independently in the state of Massachusetts Possess professional liability insurance CANS certified or willing to be certify Availability to see a minimum of 10 clients per week Preferences: Able to create a flexible schedule Individually contracted with one or more insurance panels (United Healthcare, BCBS, MBHCP, BMC Healthnet, Beacon, Common Health Care Alliance etc...) or willing to be enrolled Job responsibilities/Skills required: Provide initial diagnostic assessments and ongoing therapy for individual, couples, and family Organized, attention to detail, strong diagnostic and clinical skills Maintain appropriate and timely clinical documentation Maintain ongoing communication with collaterals Benefits: Our counselors receive administrative support to handle scheduling, billing, authorization, tracking and general administrative tasks.
