Role Description

This is a hybrid position, but mostly remote, with travel to film festivals and film markets and role based in Beverly Hills, CA, for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The CFO will be responsible for overseeing financial strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role involves financial planning, risk management, and collaborating with executive leadership to support the company’s strategic goals. Additionally, the CFO is expected to provide insights to improve operational efficiency and manage financial reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting
• Strong knowledge of Financial Reporting, Compliance, and Risk Management
• Experience with Accounting principles and proficiency in Financial Analysis
• Leadership, Strategic Thinking, and Problem-Solving abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in financial management software and technology
• Experience in the motion picture or entertainment industry is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
