Salary : $220,000 - $250,000

Learn More About The Job All For Kids seeks a collaborative, mission-driven, and growth-minded Chief Financial Officer to assume a pivotal role in the continued strategic growth of a high-impact, well-respected organization.
The CFO will be responsible for the overall management of the agency's $60M+ budget, development and implementation of the organization's financial strategy, and oversight of the Finance, Accounting, Facilities, and Information Technology teams. The CFO will be a key contributor within a close-knit Executive Leadership Team and will help shape organizational strategy as well as manage all financial aspects of the organization, including accounting operations and investments, financial reporting and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, compliance and risk management, audit coordination, and tax credits and filings. This position will manage a team of 15, with 4 direct reports.
