Position Summary HTC Global Services is seeking an experienced Epic Lumens Analyst to support our healthcare client’s endoscopy and gastroenterology programs. The Epic Lumens Analyst will be responsible for system build, optimization, and support of Epic Lumens, ensuring seamless integration with clinical workflows, compliance requirements, and downstream systems. This role requires strong knowledge of Epic modules, experience with endoscopy-specific functionality, and the ability to collaborate with clinicians, technical teams, and operational leaders. Key Responsibilities Provide analysis, build, configuration, testing, and implementation of Epic Lumens to support gastroenterology and endoscopy services. Partner with clinical stakeholders (nurses, physicians, techs) to translate workflow needs into system functionality. Collaborate with revenue cycle, scheduling, and HIM teams to ensure accurate documentation, coding, and billing integration. Develop and maintain Lumens procedure documentation templates, smart forms, and order sets. Participate in system upgrades, new releases, and enhancement projects, including testing and validation. Troubleshoot issues, provide Tier 2 / 3 support, and coordinate with Epic TS when needed. Maintain compliance with regulatory standards (HIPAA, Joint Commission, CMS). Assist in developing training content and end-user support for clinicians and staff. Contribute to project planning, go-live readiness, and post-live optimization initiatives. Required Qualifications 3+ years’ experience as an Epic Analyst with at least 1 full-cycle implementation or major upgrade. Epic Lumens certification Strong understanding of endoscopy / GI workflows, scheduling, and documentation needs. Demonstrated experience with system build, testing, and end-user support in Epic. Knowledge of integration points with ancillary modules (Orders, OpTime, Anesthesia, Radiant, etc.). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Additional Epic certifications (e.g., Orders, OpTime, Anesthesia, ClinDoc). Prior experience in a hospital or multi-specialty clinic environment. Experience with clinical documentation improvement (CDI), compliance reporting, or quality initiatives. Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, IT, or related field.
