Were seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Corporate Actions Manager to join our Corporate Actions team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL.

In this role, youll make an impact in the following ways :

• Manage a small Corporate Actions team responsible for providing corporate action-related custody and accounting processing.
• Oversee daily transactional workflow within the team and align team resources to complete daily tasks efficiently.
• Approve work product and operational output of staff to ensure accuracy and compliance with risk controls.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external sub custodians, custodians, depositories, agents, and brokers to meet organizational standards.
