About the Job

Radicle Health is looking for a Senior Project Manager. You will play a key role in leading customer-facing projects that support billing operations and other Professional Services initiatives across Radicle's platforms. This role combines project management, process coordination, and customer engagement to ensure work is clearly scoped, delivered on schedule, and aligned with customer and business goals.

The Senior Project Manager serves as the main point of contact for assigned projects, coordinating with internal teams (Professional Services, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success) and customers to keep projects organized, documented, and progressing smoothly from start to finish.

Who You Are

• 5+ years of experience in project management, billing operations, or a similar role.
• Background in SaaS, healthcare, or technology operations required; experience in Radicle suite of products preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with project tracking & documentation systems such as Jira, Monday.com, or Confluence preferred.
