Job Title : PC Technician

Schedule : On-site Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm in Riverside, CA

Duration : Open ended contract

Position Overview : We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused PC Workstation Technician to join our team.

This role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for PC workstations and related hardware and software.

The ideal candidate is someone with a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills.

This person will be assigned to a location until all equipment has been refreshed and then they will be assigned to a different location.

Will be supporting both corporate and medical locations. This role will be very end user facing, not so much supporting though.

Requirements :

• Will be responsible for Riverside, CA area
• Hours : 8-5pm, 40 hours / week
• Average drive distance : 20 miles between most sites
• MUST be physically able to lift boxes 20lbs

Skills Required :

• Minimum 5 years experience with PC support, including deployment
• Minimum 5 years experience with PC hardware troubleshooting and repair
• Well-versed in installing windows, software, applications
• Minimum 1-year experience with direct client interaction and proven customer service
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Adaptable to change in process or required activities
• Attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to read and understand technical manuals and schematics
• Quick learner
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality results Professional appearance and behavior, including punctuality
• Manage incoming and outgoing assets
• Prepare systems for deployment
• Scan existing asset for applications and settings
• Interview clients to identify special considerations and other settings
• Use KP tools to execute PC activity
• Collaborate with teammates to identify process improvements
• Escalate quickly when issues arise
• Assist other technicians as needed
• Extensive experience in profile management and data transfer
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access)
• Known for working efficiently with minimal supervision
• Committed to learn and relate technical concepts promptly
