What You'll Do
Monitor and coordinate communications for the location, including receiving and dispatching calls for service or emergencies.
Maintain detailed logs and records of all incoming and outgoing communications.
Assist with managing access control by monitoring entry and exit points via surveillance systems and / or other monitoring tools.
Provide customer service to clients, tenants, and visitors by responding to inquiries and relaying information as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established procedures.
Communicate with Allied Universal supervisors and / or law enforcement as required for incidents or emergencies.
Support security-related procedures and site-specific policies as directed by Allied Universal and the client location.
Minimum Requirements
At least 2 years of security-related experience are required.
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
