Job descriptionDay shift position (6 : 30 AM 5 : 00 PM) with on-call responsibilities every 4th week for evenings and weekends. Position available at .75 or 1.0 FTE, offering full benefits. Hourly range : $35.50 - $47.75 per hour (based on experience). Full benefits package, including sign-on / relocation assistance. Certification by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) in the appropriate specialty ( RDCS or RVT designation required). Proven competence in all diagnostic ultrasound procedures, including invasive exams (e.g., ultrasound-guided biopsies). Experience with stress echo and TEE preferred; pediatric experience is a plus. Perform diagnostic ultrasound and / or vascular exams on patients efficiently and compassionately to provide data for diagnosing various medical conditions. Evaluate exams for diagnostic quality, exercising professional judgment in the delivery of services. Position reports to the Manager of Heart and Vascular Diagnostics , a respected leader at our facility. Collaborate with a team of approximately 20 other Sonographers. Weekend responsibilities involve stress echos ordered by cardiologists, including "due today" or "stat" orders.
