Required Skills & Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• 4 to 6 years of experience in IT asset management and desktop support
• Proficiency in managing IT assets lifecycle, including tracking, diagnosing, documenting, and repairing
• 4+ years of experience in SCCM
• Experience with provisioning, imaging, inventory management, and deployment
• Strong skills in Client 365- Teams, Excel, Outlook, Data Wipe & Symantec Imaging Software
