VIP Lounge Assistant Manager

As a VIP Lounge Assistant Manager at Mandalay Bay, you'll play a key role in shaping the guest experience for our most valued clientele. Your leadership, warm presence, and attention to detail will guide the team in delivering seamless, personalized service. Every interaction is an opportunity to create extraordinary moments that leave lasting memories long after a guest's stay.
The day-to-day responsibilities include :
- Assume full responsibility for the department in the absence of director or department head
- Respond to guest service interactions in a professional and timely manner, achieving positive resolutions
- Promote and develop team-oriented philosophy stressing the importance for providing unparalleled commitment to excellence in service
- Oversee quality hiring, training, and succession planning processes that encompasses the Company's diversity commitment
- Ensure department standards for correct charging, postings, collecting payments, handling cash and credit transactions, and balancing of all cash and cash equivalent transactions
- Supervise VIP Representatives work performance and apply progressive discipline when appropriate
