As an Inside Sales Representative , you'll have the chance to establish and cultivate meaningful connections with both existing and prospective customers.

Your role involves delivering exceptional customer service, selling home protection plans, and coordinating on-demand repairs and maintenance.

We are actively seeking sales agents who are enthusiastic about upholding and championing the company's values by embodying optimism and a strong work ethic.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Highschool Diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree is desirable).
  • Minimum of 1 year in sales experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year in customer service roles.
  • Flexible availability required between 7am-7pm CST.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Delivering outstanding customer service via inbound calls (no cold calls!).
  • Aiding customers with inquiries related to relocations, initiating / terminating / transferring utility services, and addressing billing matters.
  • Recommend and sell cost-effective residential solutions such as water, electric, and sewer protection plans.
  • Effectively work with customers to provide the best solution for their situation.
