We're contributing to one of the FAA’s most ambitious efforts to date, the Brand New Air Traffic Control System (BNATCS), a nationwide modernization of the National Airspace System (NAS) . This initiative will elevate safety, streamline operations, and strengthen infrastructure across more than 4,600 locations.

BNATCS is revolutionizing air traffic control through comprehensive infrastructure upgrades, including :

• Thousands of new radios and hundreds of modern radar systems
• Enhanced runway safety at 200 airports
• Six new control centers
• A unified operational platform to streamline aviation operations nationwide

Candidates can expect to work on-site or in a hybrid setting in the following locations : Washington, Washington, DC; Atlantic City, New Jersey; Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Remote / hybrid status is subject to change based on Evans and / or government requirements.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

Compensation

Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for these positions in a full-time capacity is $65,000 to $215,000 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for these positions and is just one component of Evans’s total compensation package for employees.
