Senior Project Manager
The Senior Project Manager manages the overall project direction, completion and financial outcome for assigned projects. Responsible for directing and mentoring on-site staff. The position requires business management acumen and must demonstrate strong leadership, organizational and time management skills, as well as strong communication and client service skills.
Major duties and responsibilities include :
- Leads implementation of Operation Zero and all Manhattan safety policies
- All qualities / responsibilities of a Project Manager 4, plus :
- Leads Strategy Conflict Resolution Process with Owners with PD Guidance
- Serve as Lead Owner / Client Interface
- Serve as Client - Project Executive Point of Contact
- Co-Lead Pursuit Strategy with Marketing / Business Development Assistance
- Oversight of Change Management Process
- Develops Project Staffing Plan
- Oversees successful development and implementation of Project Execution Plan
- Able to Manage Large, Complex, and / or Multiple Jobs
- Review & Approve Project Execution Plan
- Assists in negotiating and finalizing Owner Contract Agreements Other duties as assigned

Bachelor's Degree- Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent. May substitute required education degree with related experience on a one-to-one basis15 years of industry experienceProven ability to manage multiple projects in excess of $75 millionWorking conditions and physical efforts include :
You must be adaptable to all types of weather conditions and traverse and inspect all areas of a construction job site, including walking, climbing, reaching, bending, crawling, or stretching.Ability to physically stand, bend, sit for long periods, and squat throughout the day.Ability to repeat the same movements.Ability to communicate effectively to participate fully in meetings, video conferences, and phone calls.Ability to compose, send, and reply to emails and written correspondence.Must be able to lift, pull, or move up to 50 pounds at a time.Travel may be required occasionally, primarily in the metropolitan area but sometimes domestically (must have a valid Driver's License).Exposure to characteristic construction site hazards.
