Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager manages the overall project direction, completion and financial outcome for assigned projects. Responsible for directing and mentoring on-site staff. The position requires business management acumen and must demonstrate strong leadership, organizational and time management skills, as well as strong communication and client service skills.

Major duties and responsibilities include :

• Leads implementation of Operation Zero and all Manhattan safety policies
• All qualities / responsibilities of a Project Manager 4, plus :
• Leads Strategy Conflict Resolution Process with Owners with PD Guidance
• Serve as Lead Owner / Client Interface
• Serve as Client - Project Executive Point of Contact
• Co-Lead Pursuit Strategy with Marketing / Business Development Assistance
• Oversight of Change Management Process
• Develops Project Staffing Plan
• Oversees successful development and implementation of Project Execution Plan
• Able to Manage Large, Complex, and / or Multiple Jobs
• Review & Approve Project Execution Plan
• Assists in negotiating and finalizing Owner Contract Agreements Other duties as assigned
