Job Details

This is a cross-functional role that blends IT systems, ERP customization, and access control management to ensure seamless operations across departments.

You'll work hands-on with tools like Odoo ERP, Axis network camera systems, and custom automation workflows—bridging the gap between departments such as HR, Facilities, and Operations to enable efficient, secure, and scalable internal processes.

Systems Integration & Optimization

Identify operational process gaps and propose scalable, IT-based solutions

Lead system integration projects and align platforms with business needs

Collaborate with HR, Facilities, and Operations to streamline workflows

Odoo ERP Management

Customize and support Odoo ERP modules (Inventory, Sales, accounting).

Migrate data from legacy systems (e.g., VAI) into Odoo

Train users on ERP processes such as quoting, invoicing, and inventory management

Access Control & Surveillance Systems

Maintain and configure Axis camera, speaker, and access control systems

Implement QR code access, license plate recognition, and emergency alerts

Automate permissions and integrate with HR platforms (e.g., Envoy)

Key Box & Certification Automation

Support and configure biometric key box systems

Automate access based on licenses (e.g., forklift, Class A) and expiration alerts

Track and report key check-outs and certification compliance

Ongoing IT Support & Documentation

Monitor system performance and provide daily technical support

Ensure systems follow cybersecurity best practices and receive timely updates

Document system configurations, support workflows, and train internal teams

Collaborate with external vendors for troubleshooting and project support

Qualifications

2+ years in IT systems support, ERP integration, or operations technology

Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP and business process configuration

Familiar with access control and surveillance systems (e.g., Axis)

Basic scripting (Python, Bash, XML)

Strong communication, documentation, and troubleshooting skills
