Trebor International is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturing Assembly Technician to join our team.

As a Clean Room Pump Assembler you'll be responsible for assembling and testing high-purity air-operated double-diaphragm (AODD) pumps, service kits, and sub-assemblies used in the semiconductor industry. You'll work independently with minimal supervision, ensuring each product meets our high standards for quality and performance.

Pump Assembler I - starting at $19.00 / hr + Quarterly Bonus

Pump Assembler II - starting at $21.00 / hr + Quarterly Bonus

Hours are 6 : 00 a.m. to 2 : 30 p.m. Monday through Friday

Key Responsibilities :

• Assemble and test AODD pumps, service kits, and sub-assemblies following detailed work instructions.
• Inspect components for accuracy and fit, making necessary adjustments or replacements.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and functional testing of pumps.
• Set up and operate test stands, fixtures, and other specialized equipment.
• Read and interpret product drawings, diagrams, and standard work instructions.
• Train and support team members on product assembly processes.
• Maintain clear communication with peers and leadership to ensure smooth production flow.
• Transport parts and completed products to designated areas for shipping, stocking, or rework.
• Identify and document product defects, determining whether items should be reworked or scrapped.
• Utilize hand tools such as crimpers, cutters, torque wrenches, and measuring instruments.
• Adhere to safety and quality standards while maintaining consistent and reliable attendance.
