We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Tax Director to join our vibrant finance team. In this influential position, you will provide strategic tax guidance to high-net-worth individuals, design tax optimization strategies, and ensure adherence to tax laws and regulations. This role is ideal for a proactive tax professional with a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) credential and at least 15 years of progressive experience in tax management, preferably in public accounting.

As the Senior Tax Director, you will be crucial in fostering strong client relationships, leading a skilled team, and mentoring staff to address the complex tax requirements of our diverse clientele, including high-net-worth individuals, gifts, and trusts & estates. We seek a candidate with exceptional leadership skills, top-notch analytical abilities, and a strong attention to detail. You should be well-versed in tax return preparation and review, with a proven ability to thrive under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Your proficiency with tax software and the Microsoft Office Suite will be vital, along with your in-depth understanding of tax laws, regulations, and compliance issues relevant to high-net-worth individuals. The ideal candidate is capable of researching complex tax matters to develop innovative solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for cultivating and maintaining relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders.
