Data Engineer
San Jose CA / Remote
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines to support marketing analytics and business intelligence.
- Build data operations dashboards to monitor and manage the data pipeline delivery.
- Utilize SQL, Python and TrayIO to manipulate and transform data, ensuring high levels of data quality and accessibility.
- Integrate various data sources using APIs to create a unified view of marketing data profiles for activation and enrichment.
- Work closely with marketing teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that enable data activation
- Implement and maintain data workflows on internal CI / CD environments an Google Cloud Platform, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Leverage tools such as Snowflake for data warehousing solutions and Google Marketing Platform for campaign data analysis.
- Utilize tools such as Tableau data visualization to validate, diagnose and troubleshoot data pipeline output
- Utilize Adobe’s suite of products to provide data activation and audience-based targeting
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.
- Troubleshoot and optimize data systems to resolve issues and enhance performance.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in data technology.
- Develop an understanding of marketing use cases, particularly in demand data services, to enhance data solutions and business impact. Qualifications :
- Proven experience in data development, particularly in building and maintaining marketing data pipelines.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python and TrayIO
- Familiarity with API integrations for data connectivity.
- Experience with Google Marketing Platform, Google Cloud, Snowflake, and Adobe analytics tools.
- Deep familiarity with marketing use cases, including demand data services.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Preferred Skills :
- Certification in Google Cloud Platform or Snowflake.
- Experience with real-time data processing and analytics.
- Knowledge of additional programming languages or data visualization tools.
