Hotel Front Office Clerk
This opportunity is for a Hotel Front Office Clerk with a work location in Vicksburg, MS. The role involves timely check-ins and check-outs, maintaining constant awareness of hotel occupancy, and answering telephones in a courteous, informative, and timely manner. Assists guests with luggage needs and PBX with taking incoming phone calls when needed.
Responsibilities include registering all guests in and out of the hotel, ensuring that all proper credit and pertinent information is obtained, maintaining confidentiality and safeguarding data, preparing daily cash reports, balancing payments and disbursements, and assisting with periodic inventories.
Qualifications : High School diploma or general education degree (GED) 6 months to 1 year related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
