Material Handler

We are seeking dedicated Material Handlers for our chemical manufacturing plant. The role involves moving materials within the facility, with available positions on night shifts. The work schedule follows a 2-2-3 shift pattern. The environment is non-climate controlled, being extremely hot during the summer and cool in the winter.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials.
• Load and unload trucks efficiently.
• Handle products weighing up to 50 lbs and roll large drums weighing up to 100 lbs.
• Assist in various tasks outside the typical material handler duties as needed.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Salisbury, North Carolina.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
